How It Works

Customers have 7 days to return an animal if things do not work out. If an animal has passed away within 14 days of purchase we will need proof of setup, temperature and humidity readings, and food sources, before we will replace the animal. Customers have 30 days to return any other products.

Feeder animals are non refundable.
